Role Of Enzyme Empty Role Of Enzyme

There are 3 types of enzymes that are essential to our human body. They are Digestive Enzyme, Food Enzyme and metabolism Enzyme. Once consumed, the nutrients inside the food source must be digested, meaing that they must be broken apart where they can be transported through the blood stream to all parts of the body. The nutritions then combines together to repair the body cells, tissues, bones, and muscles. This process is called Metabolism and its is always controlled directed by Enzymes. Without Enzymes no Metabolic activity can occur so you would not be able to digest your nutritients which would be fatal to the human body because our body cannot produce internally the nutrients that are considered essential.

Food Enzyme is also importnat to understand why Enzyme is so important to digestion. Consumable items such as raw meat or vegatables already have enough enzyme in them to digest themselves when consumed however, if you cooked then, the enzyme inside the raw items would be destoryed so you would be unable to digest the nutrietns. However, our internal organs such as the stomach and small intestine create Digestive Enzymes which purpose is solely to digest our food.
